What sort of nastiness has to be going on inside a house/apartment to turn the mini-blinds yellow-ish and make them bend like they are hanging on for dear life? And that's just from the outside.
I'm thinking the happening is maybe outside... Texas summer? I'd turn a little yellowish and curl at the edges if i had to endure that - even if I was inside looking out. Just sayin'
It's not the heat, but I can understand how you might guess that. Some of my Facebook readers, and fellow Texans, have guessed heavy nicotine use inside the home.
