Ok, not really. Or..not yet. The realtor put the sign on our yard late Monday night. By Tuesday evening we had a full price offer on the house. *blink blink* Not what we expected at all. I mean, I guess it's GREAT that it didn't take forever to sell. But in less than 24 hours? Really? Talk about being thrown into the deep end.
We are suppose to close (i.e. have our shit packed and OUT) on May 20. In the mean time we have to find another house to live in! So, if I fall off the face of the the blogsphere for a bit..don't worry. I'm just sleeping in my car..which doesn't have any internet access.
