Work has been crazy this week, playing catch up for the system issues we had last week. And then we are extending our hours considerably and so now we are going through the task of deciding who will be working those yucky late shifts. Everyone is a-buzz with THAT news.

So, overtime...CHECK. We actually had OT called all week and some on Saturday. Again, I could hear the noise of a thousand whispers as everyone paniced.

Meetings..CHECK. We've had one already this week and another one is scheduled for Friday. Those really don't help with the whole OT situation.

Crazy, messed up accounts attached to phone calls from irate customers...CHECK. I was on the phone for an hour on Monday with a customer that was cold transfered to me. Poor woman, she had every right to be upset. I figured out the problem and got her one the right road. Yay for me.
