Pretty In Pink
“A sister is a little bit of childhood that can never be lost.” ~ Marion C. Garretty
My sister and her friend threw a 'Pretty In Pink' party last night. Although their intentions were purely to have a good time I couldn't help but think how fitting it was since October is breast cancer awareness month. Pink for October
Anyway, I had a great time at the party and didn't get home until 4:00AM. I don't know how those kids do it because I am dragging today. lol. There was a tiara shaped cake that my sister decorated, there was pink glittery eyelashes, there was magic punch, a little bit of drama (it wouldn't have been a REAL girly party without some), there was a drinking game (which was a lot of fun), and there were jello shots...lots and lots of jello shots.
That's me, looking nice and toasty. Did I mention there were jello shots?
And this is my fabulous sister. Oh yeah, there's another jello shot.

Hi, Jinny! I'm (very quietly) saying hello. That looks like some party! I love the pink theme. Gives me ideas for my big birthday coming up soon! Thanks for popping by and saying hello!
ReplyDeleteDang it! Where was I when this fun was ensuing? Oh that's right, I didn't know you last night! lol
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my little corner of the blog world. We're both variations of Jenny/Jinny and both in West Texas...verah verah spoooookkky. Okay, not really, but it's nearing Halloween and I'm pretty much giving everything a little Hallowed twist. If you tell me, though, that your birthday is next week, too, I might just flip.
